Philippe, once again, this is a great species that you (not surprisingly) have done really well with. Can you tell us how big the plant is, please? In addition to its reputation for being wonderfully fragrant, it's also noted for its size. I'm curious to know how big your plant had to get before it produced blooms.

Beautiful plant, Philippe. I love the soft yellow of the flowers.

Maybe I should get myself one of these someday. I'll second steve's question about blooming size. Do these bloom from a relatively young age, or do they need to get large to flower?

Thanks everyone !

Steve and Carl, I bought this plant in very bad condition about one year and a half ago. It tooks long time before it recovers but it blooms for the first time at home now.
My plant is about 30 cm/12 inches and the leaves are about 20 cm/8 inches long. Please find a photo attached.
I can not really say at what age/size can bloom this specie as I've bought my plant adult.

Thanks Steve for compliments but I have to say that I have admiration for people who grow Vanda under non tropical climate because in Thailand it is much more easy as the needed amount of light and humidity is natural over here.

Very nice. Looks kinda like a piece of machinery, except it's alive!
