As I understand it, both flower forms are perfect (i.e. both have functional male/female parts).

Both forms are perfect (in the botanical sense). Ramon, your pics are perfect in every way. Thanks for sharing the Bornean beauty with us!

I like the yellow flowers, but hey if they come together all the better, hehe. I would have assumed both are perfect flowers like Vandas and Phals, and well lots of other Orchids. I think the Stanhopea's and such were the ones with imperfect flowers along with again many other orchids. Just take a look at the column where you should see a stigmatic surface (sticky) and a rosetllum hiding some pollen just above it. In anycase very nice, and definitely list worthy.

Very beautiful.
The species is very sensitive to temperature and humidity change and hence I still don't grow it.
If i have greenhouse, i will try it.

Hey everyone -
As Dimorphorchis is such an odd little guy by nature, I can't say definitively that the two flower forms are not individual male and female flowers, but it is my understanding that most other orchid blooms are different than any other plant flower as the male and female organs are fused together in the center column, or gynostemium, making each flower both male and female. This is consistent with other orchid flowers considered perfect, but I again have no clue about Dimorphorchis. From the flower photos the reproductive organs look identical, but I really can't see the pollinia / stigma or rostellum that well.
Good luck on finding out info - I looked and could not find that much on this one either, but you may look under one of their many synonym names.
What a beauty!
Steve
