It has never produced keikis Stefano. It has lost several bottom leaves over the years and it does grow very slowly.

Thanks for the shots of the whole plant to put it all in perspective. I really like the natural look of the tree fern. Have you had to remount it often? I usually use baskets, but have been starting to experiment with mounting on broken planks.

The bloom is absolutely fantastic. I really love the blue contrast.

As such a slow grower, is it slow to flower? How frequent do you get it to bloom? Is it a "random" thing throughout the year, or is it usually a mid-summer spike?

It is really nice.

I wonder if it is worth trying keiki pro at the base since I love when Vandas grow a side shoot and you get 2 plants flowering at the same time. I wonder if certain species are more likely to produce basal offshoots

Bob, tree fern is almost forever. It is extremely long lasting. If it does start deteriorating, all you have to do is attach the entire plant to a new piece.

My plant usually blooms during the summer and I have had it bloom twice.
