Default Haraella retrocala

Just a quick question. My plant has three spikes developing on the same groth! Is this normal? There is a smaller offset but it is just growing some roots and leaves. Put some shade cloth in the orchidarium as all the plants were turning pretty pale. Now im hoping they all start to green up a little. New growths were comming out a little stunted.

If the spikes are coming from between the leaves, they are probapby flower spikes. They sort of look like roots when first starting.

I think its normal, this spcies has a tendancy to bloom until it dies.
