Schoenorchis fragrans
I've had this plant for 6 years. It grew well but never bloomed until I gave it a cool rest in winter. The flowers live up to the name "fragrans" in that they are pleasantly fragrant.

This is a gorgeous bloom!!! And it is the first time I hear someone actually finds it has a fragrance... good to know.

Mine is about 1 1/2 inches square. Gonna be a while before I see ANYTHING like this outside of your picture. What a beauty!!!
