Quite close to Mokara Madame Panni but I am not sure of ID.

Definitely looks like a Mokara (arachnis x ascocentrum x vanda).
If indeed Mkra. Madame Panni, the Vanda parent (V. Charles Goodfellow) may be responsible for the yellow color.
On the other hand, the Mkra. Ladda Velvet and Mkra. Bota Gold in my collection have similarly colored / shaped flowers.
