Vanda Crimson Cloud x Taweewan
This is my new Vanda Crimson Cloud x Taweewan.
It was sold potted. The nursery had them hanging, in glass vases & potted. They reckon they can grow OK potted and I just don't have the space to hang one just now so I decided to give it a try.
I LOVE the colour of this.
The first pic was taken at the nursary. The others were taken since I got home.

Nice acquisition. If I were you, I would have brought the 'dark purple' one home.

Naoki, it was close with the purple one behind it... really close, but I had to pick and this one won.

Rosie,
I love the colors. How long do thinks it's been growing in the pot. I've been thinking about potting up a couple of mine so I dont have to water them as often.

Thanks everyone.
Beveryly, I'm not sure about how long it's been in the pot. It's been there long enough that a root is growing through the bottom of the pot. They guy at the nursary said they find they do better for people than hanging because most people can't keep them moist enough. They also had one in a vase but it was not for sale as it was about to go off to a show.
Bill, this was one of 6 new chids my hubby got me for my birthday. He took me to an orchid nursary and let me pick out what I wanted. I'm still in the process of taking pics of the others.
