It's a beauty, Roy. I've had mine for five years now, but have yet to see any blooms. At nearly two feet wide (approximately 61 cm), and with around fourteen leaves, I don't think it's a baby. But whatever I'm doing must not be to the plant's liking--and least not enough to encourage it to bloom. So I'll just admire the picture of your plant for the time being.
