Default Angranthes Grandalena

A sweet hybrid between Ang. magdalenae and Aer. grandiflorus, two of my favorite orchids. This is probably my favorite hybrid so far. It smells marvelous at night (as expected from two fragrant parents). Now what I need to see is a cross between this an sesquipedale

It's a strange-looking bloom, Calvin. I DO like it, and it's made more appealing by the fact that you've indicated it's got a great fragrance. But it looks like it may have come from the mind of either Tim Burton or David Lynch. :-)

It is very tim-burton-esque, isn't it! One of my friends who was visiting mentioned that it was an evil looking flower. Part of the reason I love it

I don't think its evil at all. More like it belongs in a deep dark jungle, surrounded by poison dart frogs, and faeries, lol. Very nice flower and plant!
