I'm not experienced with seedlings but my Pachara Delight came to me fully grown. It was originally potted in a small plastic basket and then basket and plant placed in a larger wooden basket.
Hope that helps.

Vandas are usually grown bare-root, may be 'planted' in plastic or wooden baskets, or simply hung on a wire. Give vandas plenty of sun, lots of air moving around them and high humidity.

Transfer your Pachara Delight to a plastic mesh basket (2 x 2 or 4 x 4) equivalent to the pot size that it's in now. Before removing for the plastic pot, make sure no roots are sticking to side of pot. Soak plant in tepid water for 15 min or so to make roots pliable. Gently coax roots through the mesh - you can use plastic ties, floral tape, or wire to 'anchor' plant in upright position in basket.

Vandas do not like to have roots disturbed, so when the plant outgrows this basket, simply put entire plant and basket into a larger plastic or wooden basket.

Happy growing!

what i know baby vanda care are much different than the grown ones. they need to be kept in shadier area, full sun will kill them - trust me, i did! they also need moister medium. i think yours will be about the same size with my still surviving ones. they are kept under porch under other plants, away from scorching tropical sun which are enjoyed by their bigger siblings...

you need to search for more advise, since i'm still a novice, especially in caring for seedlings! but trust me, baby vandas and adults aren't related! i have killed more seedlings than the adults.
