The species V coerulea would have twisting to petals giving appearance that flower is flying.
Assuming that your plant is hybrid (Vanda to Vanda or an Ascocenda), V tesselata could be in your plant's background and may be responsible for the 'blue' lip and the wavy edges of the sepals and petals. However, the sepals and petals of your flower are fuller/broader than you see in tesselata.
A closer picture, measurements, number of flowers on inflorescences, etc. may help narrow things down to what it might be. And you might also try contacting the place from whom you bought the plant.
