How long is your 'day time'? We grow our vandaceous in a greenhouse and extend daylight with a HPS lamp. Try to give 10-12 hours daylight. The inflorescences on plants on the coat rack look very strong, and there's nice arrangment of flowers. BTW, I love Josephine van Brero and am seeing many new hybrids with it as a parent. Keep sharing your photos and plants on OB. This proves that we in the northeast US CAN grow vandas with the best of them.

The coat rack is a fantastic idea! Sorry to hear that you lost some orchids during a windstorm. It's good that this one survived, it's tour around the neighborhood. Shows it's a tough orchid.
