Mine is mounted and gets misted everyday and watered thoroughly every other day.

Would really appreciate some advice. Thanks in advance.
Hi Pixie,
Sorry about the late reply...I've not logged on for a while until this week...in any case, I treat mine the same as my vandas...bright light, water daily (mounted on grape wood) and fertilize weekly. I too have lost leaves, but it keeps putting out new ones. My leaves usually fall in winter, so I suspect it may be sensitive to some of my cooler nights (I don't protect unless the temps drop below 50 F). It's happy though, and in fact it has 2 spikes in full bloom now.

Nenella,
RF Orchids has them. I was just at their nursery, and saw a few in their species house.

2 spikes in full bloom, congratulations I am envious! I would love if you would post some pictures. Does yours have a fragrance?

Mine has started growing some new root-tips so I think it is doing better. Thank you for the culture advice. I am hoping mine acclimates to its new home and blooms next year.

Oh, does yours get ANY direct sun?

Very beautiful. The pink and white mesh in nicely in this one.
