I behaved really BAD at Green Acres Female
Default I behaved really BAD at Green Acres

She had a half off sale, good time to buy some vandas...right?

I re-arranged my current vandas, and made room for 2 more, possibly 4. Cindy sent me a list of some of her vandas, so I picked out 4 from her list. When I got there I changed my mind on some of them so I ended up with only one from that list.

Who can resist walking thru a greenhouse? Remember, I said I could possibly find room for 4? I found 3 more vandas to make my total of 4. After the 4 I really lost it.......4 MORE vandas were calling my name . My total of take home vandas, 8.

Now my work begins, find room for 8 vandas. She plants hers in pots with medium, I like mine in baskets, so that means a lot of re-potting. It also meant buying more baskets.

The only bright side is, I don't need to answer to anyone for over shooting my limit.

Marilyn

That's awesome Marilyn! Behaving badly can be so much fun sometimes can't it?

I don't blame you one bit though! I'd have a hard time being "good" with a half off Vanda sale too.

Have fun with all your repotting.... and reorganization for more room!

That sounds like something I would do. Actually, I did something worse last week or the week before.

Now...Mayilyn, I would never say you were "Bad" especially buying more chids. I would say you were in "Therapy" Greenhouses having a half price sale is the ultimate therapy in my book. A list is good but I never seem to find much on my wish list. So if I get one from the list then the rest get a new home, the more the merrier. Potting is sooo relaxing!

Who can resist orchids at half price? I can't! Good luck finding enough room for all your new babies, I'm sure you'll manage. Orchid people can always find a bit more room even though the space is already 'full'!

That is soo true!!
The only problem is the other habitants in the household... my husband told me after my last "bad" behavior on a sale, that next time i had to move all my chids out in my stable...and myself as well...

Oh well... at least the chids will make the old smell in my stable better!

(And sorry mate... theres just no way im moving my chids out anywhere before summertime... )

Congrats on youre new babyes!

Well This must be a sad sickness I called Cindy got the list last week decided I needed 3 Orchids to fill a little spot, but then I kept going back to the list forgetting I had already ordered 3 I l lost track My god 1/2off I was trembling, it was the ultimate bbbbaaaaaddddd

Then my order arrived today and it's not 3 more like 10 do you know how hard it is to hide 10 big big cats and cym's. I had to act confused and in distress and upset that the order was so big and I sure made a mistake. But you know it works every time, where is that list
