Bought this rhyncho 3 months ago and it looked sickly;Ive been busy with fungicide and pesticide and fertilizer. I was pleasently surprised to see its buds but was worried they might fall off. Fortunately that did not happen and its beginning to bloom with two more buds on it too.

I just got my first rhynostylis retusa and am seeking advice on how to cultivate it. Would you mind sharing your growing conditions, potting medium and care tips with me? That would be really fantastic. Mine came to me in a plastic pot with one chunk of something that I think was meant to help with humidity. Since I have moved it to into a teracotta pot with nothing so far except some rocks in the bottom. I have been trying to keep it humid with a tray of water and frequent misting. I have it in a bright corner but with no direct sun.
Thank you in advance for your help and consideration, it is much appreciated.

Hi pixieStar,
My Rhynchostylis is potted in pure moss and charcoal topped with coco chips.I have read that these orchids need heavy fertilizing but I have'nt done anything special for it yet. If mine doesnt bloom this year maybe I'll change the strength of the fertilizer I use.
Here is the orchid in full bloom
