Default Sedirea gone wild

Third year blooming this sucker, and it's really gone nuts this year...it's putting out a keiki and two spikes while simultaneously blooming it's head off with more buds than I have ever seen before. Not sure what I did differently, except maybe slightly cooler temperatures. Fragrance in the sun is amazing

It looks gorgeous!! I have to show the pic to mine, so that it knows what it's supposed to be doing. Keep doing whatever you're doing, you found what keeps it happy!

WOW Calvin, this is gorgeous. Outstanding growing!

I've always been tempted but not sure about their culture. Aside from the cooler temps which I've read about for these (they supposedly like very cool in winter?), what are your doing? What medium are you using and how often are your watering in summer & winter?

Another one I've been regretfully, procrastinating too long with, especially after seeing yours.

Beautiful, Calvin. My Sedirea japonica 'Seigyuokumaru' is in spike right now and I can't wait to find out what these blooms smell like. I think they definitely appreciate the cooler temps.
