Thanks everyone for your kind remarks...I'm still walking on air over this one...

Did I mention how fragrant it is? It's just a bit of icing on the cake that it is. It's a light sweet scent somewhere between bubble gum and allspice.

David, Congratulations on the awards.

You have really out done yourself with this one. What a beauty. How long have you been growing this one? Aproximate age of plant?

Hi Marilyn,
Thanks for your comments. I have been growing this plant for about 1 1/2 years. It has bloomed 5 times for me, but never with more than 2 spikes before now. My guess is that the plant was probably 8 to 10 years old when I bought it, although it could be much older...the cross was registered in 1991.

5 Times in 1 1/2 years!!!!!!!!! I'm happy for once in 1 year. Maybe it's because I don't grow in Florida......and my name isn't David. Mine grow in a basement but right now I'm happy with 2 in bud and 1 in full bloom.
