v.luzonica x v.tricolor ?
I was wondering if any OB members have crossed or have in their lineage both these 2 vandas. I love them both but really love the look of the luzonica and the scent of the tricolor. I haven't been able to find anything on the net so far. Thanks in advance.

I did find one on a flickr page, and he wasn't even sure if it was one, but I didn't want to copy it to post here and tick someone off, not that it would be the first time I upset anyone but you know what I mean.
Anyway it looks a lot like the luzonica which as I said before, I think it's beautiful. I just want the scent too Now I aks you, Is that asking so much????

Hey Swamper,
Vanda luzonica 'Fuchs' is Vanda Boschii and the basis of a long running war in South Florida. You might try RF Orchids just be sensitive to the volatile emotions in play.
Hope that helps, Eric

Thanks Eric, I spoke to Michael about the luzonica they have out by the entrance and he promised me a cutting in the spring but I don't know that it has any tricolor as it sure is not fragrant. That's actually the one that got me so interested in the first place.
Today I called and asked about the boschii and they quickly said no LOL she said she didnt know where I could get it but to look on line jejejej, the search continues
