Well done! That's a happy little fella. I used to have one of these but it developed some sort of infection and DIMP'd. You've done far better than i did. Congrats!!!!

I've been sniffing it all day trying to place what the fragrance is, but I'm not having any luck
It smells kind of familiar but it's just outside of my brainwave area

I noticed yours is in a pot. I'm supposed to be getting stick mounted. Think that will make any diff? I was planning on placing in orchidarium where it's 90%+ humidity.

Ross, they like it warm and kind of bright (not direct).
If Andy's has it mounted, you needn't worry about it. Andy surely knows what he's doing
