Default Red_Rhynchostylis_Gigantea. - bloom

This time around it gave me two flower spike, short. expected a long spike est.8" . Hope the 3rd bloom the flower spike will be longer.

Wow! This is beautiful. I have yet to have a gigantea produce more than 1 spike at a time. Congrats to you!

Very nice indeed! I have two, Rhy. Gigantea Rotusa (wht w/pink lip) and Rhy. Gigantea Red (Dark Red). One is in the process of putting a spike, the other not yet. This is the second year blooming but with only 1 spike.
Maybe as they get older, more spikes????
