Two vandas and an ascosenda
Here are a few photos I took from my vanda collection today.
V. Golden Doubloon - This guy is new to me. I bought it at Banjong Orchids on Friday. It smells soooooogood!
V. Joan Yuhas x V. Motes Butterscotch - an old favorite of mine that just doesn't seem to ever stop blooming.
Ascda. Ken Kone 'Confetti' AM/AOS - another frequent bloomer!

David, they are gorgeous, as usual. I always love your vanda pictures but I will appreciate them even more after seeing your post of your growing area. Thanks for both posts.

Nice orchids, nice pics. Do you mind saying what you pd for #1, Golden Doubloon? I was looking for one with fragrance. And the second, simply beautiful. Such a delicate blush. Did you get it at the same place? Thanks

Gorgeous plants! I love the Ken Kone since I have a weak spot for spotted orchids.

Hi Don...the V. Golden Doubloon was $30 plus tax.
The second I got at Motes Orchids in October of 2007...this is its 8th blooming since then, and a couple of those times it had two spikes! It is one of his unregistered crosses.

I wonder which of us followed the other on Friday...we did the same thing on our way to the show. We also stopped by Baldan's before heading to RF and picked up a few plants from their sale.
