Exactly as you said...
I water them every day. Only when days are dark, no sun, clouds, i do not water them at all. But not letting them dry for more than 2 days.
I fertilize them ones a week, year round.

I have not heard of soaking them in water. I spray them .
I will try soaking... I think they need complete dry out.
the roots.. ..grow all over the pot . . Big Vandas contact the nearby posts where they live and Sad.... we water the roots only..

Our vandae get watered daily when the sun is shining -not just mist, but a THOROUGH drenching. Water in morning so plants can 'dry off' before nightfall. Cloudy days no water. I don't care about water getting onto the brick floor (greenhouse) - this helps boost humidity. There's also a fogger going to keep humidity at 85%. We feed weakly/weekly with season-appropriate formula.
Good culture, for any orchid, is a combination of ingredients - water, light, temps, air movement, food. Too much of any one of these can cause problems.

I have my vandas in clear pots with bark or clay beads and mist the surface and the plants every morning and drissle a little water in every 10 days so they dry out

I'm very new / have only had my lil' Vanda from a clearance rack for about a month. I've been hanging her in the shower with me every morning. She isn't growing very fast yet (not getting enough light), but her roots are growing a tiny bit, so I'm hoping she likes her daily showers.

It was probably shocked and went into hibernation, now the roots have started growing it has woken up and it would be a good time to feed it and make sure it gets some sunlight

Your plants appear to be doing quite well (and flowering) even with so little water. Nice job!
What is your growing area, humidity / light level, etc?

About 55% (45-65% range) humidity, south facing window, min temp 14 degrees celsuis when heating off, with net curtain for peak summer, in Cambridge southern UK which has alot of sun compared to the rest of the country.

You cannot risk getting them properly wet or the roots will rot before the bark dries out (cold climate, no air movement), hopefully the odd drizzle only gets part of the bark wet and will hopefully be absorbed by the surrounding bark quickly before rot sets in
