I cannot see any of the pictures because the website is restricted and I am at work. However, if you can give some description of your problem, I will try to help. If not, hopefully someone else will come along with some help.

Im not sure , at first glance it looks like your roots are a little dry, then I see that its in a vase and not sure if you are letting some of those roots stay in there wet?
Do you water them every day? DO you let them dry out between waterings. Do they get any sun. When you cut the leaves did you treat the cuts with anything? Do you know what type of vanda it is? Sorry for all the questions?
