Default Sarcochilus, some in flower

I was given a sarchochilius hartmanii. I have read many different ways to grow it, pot or basket. Can anyone please tell me the correct way to grow this.

This is an old post from 2008. I bet Roy has a limit on his photo hosting site and has removed them in favour of newer ones.
