I am wondering how large the flowers actually are? I fell in love with the Rhyncostylis gigantea, and then I was shocked to see it in person and see how tiny the flowers were! Is this one like that? This is at the top of my wish list and I haven't gotten one yet becuase I have yet to see one in bloom in person.

Hi, the flower of Aer. houll is about 3 cm wide wich is slight larger than Rhy. gigantea.
These fox tail orchids usually do not have big flowers like vandas, but the entire inflorescence is just something that will attract you to fall in love with them!

What kind of clones did you have?? If you want good Rhy. gigantea ones, get the meristems ones, the one that crosses with solid red form and regular form, as they are the best in term of color and size. Most new ones are about 1" to 1.5" across.

Most of the gigantea still selling in the U.S are the old ones. Aed. huelletiana is pretty big too, flower about 1-1.5" in size, very impressive color and fragrance.
