Default Sedirea japonica Kibana

The flowers on this one have begun to open. I think it looks really striking with the plain unspotted flowers!!

Thanks everyone. Yes, this one is also from New World Orchids. This and a miniature, miniature Sedirea were among Glenn's plants that I just had to have after seeing them!

Absolutely divine!! Sort of citrus like, but also faintly like a good rose. The scent on this one seems to be much stronger than the other Sedirea I've bloomed. These flowers are barely open and the scent was strong enough to notice as a passed by this afternoon.

Gwen, I like some of the spotted ones better than others. They seem so variable. But this is refreshing and very elegant to look at.

Hoping that the flowers last well through next week so that I can take it to the local orchid society meeting next weekend!! They'll love the fragrance.

Shannon, I'm with envy. I love the yellow ones. You have done a great job with this one.

I have kept my project plant alive, so I may have the courage to try another one, yellow this time. Will you please the whole plant?

I have purchased a few mini orchids and I find I sort of like those little things. Time will tell if I can keep them alive. They require different care than my vandas and phrags. It's a new venture into a new world for me.

Wish me luck in this new world of orchids.

Marilyn
