I have a Ranathera hybrid that has lost all of its leaves from the bottom. The crown appears to be fairly healthy looking. I thought that, before I loose the entire plant, I would cut the top off and place it in Rootone, and then New Zealand sphagnum, in an effort to encourage rooting. Does anyone have any experience with adding Superthrive during the time it takes to develop roots? I do know that Superthrive is very effective for my seedlings, but I have no experience with it during a rooting process

Silvia, your RENANTHERA appears to be having a fairly normal life. They will drop their leaves from the base and particularly if their growing conditions are not right.
How are you growing the plant and how tall is it. A pic would help.
