Papilionanthe teres or its hybrid. The plants climbing up to a palm tree and may reach 5 meters tall.

OMG! I have never seen anything like this--an orchid climing like a jungle vine. I think awesome! What does the actual plant look like? Right now all I can see are the 'monster' roots.

Today I happened to encounter them again. It seems that a long time ago, people liked to tie them to trees, so they can be seen in big trees in many places. But in sheltered areas, their flowering performance becomes poor.
