Vandachostylis Crownfox Red Gem (Ascocenda Crown Fox Red Gems)

This is the 2nd time this large plant has bloomed for me. I think that it likes our Thai very hot and humid April weather. April is the hottest month of the year with our daily temps hitting 100 degrees F (39 C) almost every day. I think the pictures nicely show its bloom growth.

beautiful bloom but sorry to say, this vanda is not looking healthy. Looks almost sunburnt and lacking water. I would move it to a bit shadier spot and increase water as the leaves are closing to reduce transpiration due to not getting enough water.
The bloom is strong and awesome though.... best of luck with it.
