Brown spots on vanda leafs

I have got a new vanda plantlet a couple of days ago. It came with some brown spots on it’s leaves. It seems to progress. I can see some spots became brown now on other leaves. These spots were just lighter than the rest of the leaf, now it is brown.

What are your temperatures? Most Vandas do like it warm, cooler temps can lead to those spots. Probably not a big problem, but an indicator, maybe, that they're cooler than they would like.

I placed this baby in a room with temperature and humidity similar to where I keep my other couple of vanda plantlets. It is 60-65f at night and higher during the day. Btw I forgot to mention that it is Vanda Nopporn.

You mentioned temperature and I think this plant may have caught a bit of a chill during transportation. It is totally possible that temperature in my room is lower than in the seller’s greenhouse. I hope it will acclimate.

I think it will be fine, just needs to adapt. Was it shipped with a heat pack? If not, it probably should have been, depending on where it was coming from and where you live
