I successfully uploaded it but did not appear on new thread.

I'm just guessing what might have happened.

When you hit Manage Attachments it pops up a new window. There you select the files, and hit Upload.

Once upload is complete you need to go back to your message. Hit the Go Advanced button below the text input box. Put the cursor in the message where you want the photo. Click on the paperclip above the text box. Click on the photo you want to appear at the cursor.

If you goof you can cut and paste the entire line with the image number to somewhere else in the text box.
