This is a medium-sized renanthera that found in southwestern China and also said to found in neighbor countries.
The species blooms in early summer and a well grown plant will have branched spikes that bear quite many flowers.
It tolerates lower temperature than other renanthera species and hence a good choice for outdoor growing here.

Thanks for the picture. It is very pretty and I like the vivid color with the contrasting lighter colors.
