We grow it in a net pot with coarse bark, under artificial light, and we water whenever the bark completely dries out. We have warm Summers and pretty mild Winters, and we try to keep the humidity in the plant room above 60%.
I bought one of these last January. It has several old stalks, so it's definitely blooming size. It was set back a bit because one of the orchids I bought it with had scale so it spent some time in too low humidity on quarantine. It has grown a new pair of leaves since then, so I hope to have blooms like yours one day!

What a delightful blooming.
I'm not usually a fan of green blooms as some can be quite 'heavy' looking, but the lip on these give it an ethereal quality.
