I'll go for burnt leaves also, could be excessive light but could be cold also. The roots look a little dry also as does the flower. I think a lack of watering and humidity is evident and a change in growing location would be good.

Vandas can have full sun up to 11am and after 1pm.
They need to be protected between 11 & 1.
Regular orchids, not requiring such high light, can have
full sun up till 11am and full sun after 3pm. They will sunburn between 11 & 3.
Leaf discoloration is sun burn. Flowers being messed up is either lack of adequate humidity or the plant not receiving enough water due to excessive root damage.
Give it time.
Grow cool to intermediate (55 degrees F to 80 degrees F). Bright indirect light. Good air circulation. Fertilize once every couple weeks. Water everyday, especially when weather is warming up.
This is an easy plant to grow. It's most likely Ascocenda Princess Mikasa Blue.
