Thank You for the compliment! But maybe you know how much time it tales for a Vanda flower to fully mature to soze and colour?

No idea, I don't grow any Vandas (except for the now ex Neofinetia group of Vandas) since I don't have space for such large plants!

It takes about a week for it to fully open and colour up.

Thank You! A little update: I can see litle root growing from the stem and also 5 bumps on old thick root which I think will be root branches!

For the Vanda's I've seen, the 'eyes' will either develop into branches or inflorescences, or just stay dormant. The roots don't grow from an 'eye', but instead show up almost anywhere on the stem.
Also, if a root sustains damage, but is longer than about 5 inches, it will either branch or just re-grow at the damaged tip. If shorter than 5 inches, I've seen them just go dormant.

As I said - roots don't grow from the 'eye', but you may have one growing from an area very close to an 'eye'.

I have more that 30 years of growing vandas, and my comments are based on that experience.
