And More Feril Vandas

Was out mowing lawn this morning, looked up at the tree, thought I saw something.
Went for the spotting scope.

I had found V.Trimerrill in various stages all through the trees in my yard, way back when:

This is not mine, can't find pics of my V Trimerrills.

I posted this when I found my 1st red spotted Vanda a couple of years ago:
Feral Vanda, among other things
I was enthralled.

I had removed it from its tree due to the tree rotting away.
It had been showing browning of its leaves.
After bringing it down, it died.
I was devastated.
My assumption was because of the eruption.

Then, I found my second red spotted Vanda and begun this post.
Now like when I found the 1st red spotted Vanda, this one is blooming 2X a year, spring and fall, like the 1st one did when first found.

Maybe all one hybrid, or maybe a few separete hybrids clumped?

It's a beauty. And so completely exposed to the sun in that location.

Does it get near-constant breezes all day up there?

I'm on the windward side.
I have almost constant trade winds.
Although, my location protects from most anything above a very light mild wind, generally gusts are less than 10 mph, but the air does move constantly.
Leaves and fronds almost always lightly rustle.
That does change when we actually get a hurricane or other wind storm.
I'll have to do it manually with a bow saw from a 15' extension ladder.
The orchid in the tree is blooming for the second time about 6 months later.

EDIT:
Hurricane season begins the end of next month.
I will need to bring the upper portion of that dead tree down.
It threatens parked cars and the house's roof.

They're about the same plant.

That's why it's tolerating full sun. The breeze carries off the heat formed by the sun hitting the leaves. The leaf temperature doesn't rise much above the ambient air temperature. At 80 degrees F / 35C in still air the leaves might burn.

That vanda looks like it may have V. luzonica in it. I have a friend that has many of his vandas in full sun, too. His are in a breezy area, but he has to spray them off twice a day if there is no breeze. He's retired so he has the time to do it.
