Vanda Ambrosian Discovery

This is another Motes vanda that I was lucky enough to purchase in 2014. This is the last of four to bloom, a year later than the other hybrids.

It has a faint grape soda fragrance for a few hours in the morning.

My typical vanda culture, glass vase, watered twice a week and roots spritzed other days and grown in a south facing window.

Spectacular blooming! The V. tricolor (which I love) jumps right out. But it's a more manageable size. And it clearly loves that vase.

That's a fantastic looking Vanda! And an obviously very happy plant, it looks great. You really have a great way of growing Vandas, if I ever decide to try one, I'm certain to use your technique!
