Taiga Information Request

Last year, a deer ate all the white tiger stripe leaf parts off my first Taiga, leaving only the green. I suppose I should be grateful that it didn't eat the whole thing, but now, a year later, it has greatly increased in size, but has not developed any new white variegation. The light levels in my greenhouse were high enough to burn some plants until I put up the shade cloth earlier this month. Despite the very strong light, there is very little red in the leaves. Its saving grace was a very nice display of bright purple-red roots this spring.

I purchased a second Taiga from Diamond Orchids recently, but unlike the first, it has very little white banding. I'd like it to grow more.

Two questions:
1) How is Taiga best grown to develop the most white, yellow-white, and purple-red color.

2) Is there a Korean description at pungnan.or.kr If so, I couldn't find it.
