Flora-peculia definitely had some very nice plants! The gentleman at the stall was also very nice and patient... me, being, well, me, forgot to bring cash with me. He held on to my desired plants until my boyfriend and I successfully wandered around Northampton, MA to find and ATM and returned. Someday, I will come better prepared.

Without further ado,

Beautiful plants, good choices. I don't have either of these, I've been off and on with the Byakko and may eventually give in. It looks so very much like Setsuzan which I do have. If I'm not mistaken ( not unusual ) Byakko is the same plant as Setsuzan, with much nicer variegation? Yours is certainly nice!

Congratulations on your new plants. I never have cash, very nice of the vendor to hold onto these for you.

I, unfortunately, know very little of the different types of Neos... Now I have a new research project!

Thank you on the plants - even though my Shoujou will remain my favorite (I love those flowers!), I did want some that were a little different and wanted those with leaf varietion. I'm suprised how much I liked the Byakko - I kind of avoided Tiger Striped on the web because I though they looked a little sickly on the web but in person I find them much more beautiful!

As soon as I got home, I jumped on NWO website and had to stop myself and get off the computer... No room, gotta rehome some plants first!

Setsuzan 雪山 and Byakko 白虎 does seem to be very similar, but based on my own plants, Setsuzan is larger sized than Byakko. They are both considered white tiger stripes.
