Neofinetia Oomusou
I recently purchased a Neofinetia Oomusou and I am impatiently awaiting its arrival. It will ship on Monday so hopefully I will have it by Wednesday! It is only a single growth, should be adorable at this size.
Anyone growing this cutie? I've seen photographs of large specimen plants and they are quite impressive. I'm pretty excited to have found one. There is not much information available online, I did find that Oomusou came out of a self-seeding of Beni-kujaku.
I will post pictures when the cuteness arrives.

Oh, if the Oomusou will fit in this tiny 2" pot, it will be very adorable! These little pots are so cute.

Oomusou, also known as Daimusou (both versions of the name are written 大無双). Is actually not a selfed seedling of a Benikujaku. It was created along with its sibling varieties by crossing Benikujaku and Yodonomatsu, and then sibbing the resulting offspring.
It's siblings with different physical forms include Musoumaru, Benimusou, Komusou, etc.

Hakumin, thank you for the clarification. I am fascinated with these plants and the varieties, especially the bean leaf. The information I found was from Seed Engei on an old eBay listing. I purchased this plant from Seed Engei's mailing list.
I have found a photo of a nice large plant grown by Jason Fischer at Orchidweb. In this photo the flowers are a pale yellow. Again, thank you!

The photo is not my photo. I found it while doing a search for Oomusou. The caption states it is grown by Jason Fischer at Orchidweb.
I am unable to post the photo as it "has an incorrect file extension" I assume that is due to it being a screen shot from my iPad.
If you google Neofinetia Oomusou and look at images, you'll find the photo. In the photo, the flowers look pale yellow and the plant is being hand held. It's a gorgeous plant. Sorry I could not post the photo.

Yes! That is the photo. Well crap, please remember I have not bloomed any Neofinetia yet. They looked like yellow flowers to me. Now you may go and have a good laugh! It is a beautiful clump.
I am still awaiting for flowers on my Seiryujishi, there are two nice fat buds.
Sorry for the confusion!

Thank you, I appreciate that. I am watching daily for the Seiryujishi to flower. Here is a pic from this morning.
