Vanda Twinkle (Neofinetia falcata x Asctm miniatum

In another thread, the journey of this plant was documented. A bit of fun to see its progress from Bonita Springs, Florida to Fort Wayne, Indiana.

This is an old hybrid known as Vanda Twinkle. The flowers will be yellow (contributed by the Asctm miniatum parent). I do not know if it is fragrant. It should do well in my intermediate to cool growing culture because of the Neofinetia parent. I can tell it has bloomed before.

This will be grown pot-less and on a wire. I will drape Spanish moss on the bare roots. But here is my new Furan hybrid!

Hello charlesf6! This plant has five growths. The middle growth with the white band is the oldest growth. From leaf tip to central stem, 6". This is about 5" tall. Like the Neofinetia parent, it will grow out with several new growths as opposed to growing taller.
