That sounds dangerous. I've looked into going to the SEPOS show this year (the vendor list looks great!), but not sure it's going to happen. I wouldn't really have much spending money saved by that time anyway...

Thank you! We were fortunate in our house search last year. Plenty of outdoor space in the summer, too, variously shaded by trees.
