Bought this little guy from ebay, seller name is paphinessorchid. Though the root system is not great as I have to chop off some blacken root tip. Soak the plant in bayer 3in1 for flower to disinfect any bugs/fungus just to be safe, here's the pic:

It looks fine. Could be worse... neos are vigorous rooters and growers and keiki machines. It will be established in no time!

Those roots are fine. The moss makes me a little nervous but that is probably because I live in Ohio (I grow these little Vandas in lava rock and net pots). Good luck!

Thanks, i live in southern california, it's very hot this time of the year. Also, the pot has many holes on the side, plus I grow them in south facing windows where it get lots of afternoon sun. So the moss will dry out like couple days. Of course I dont pack those sphagnum densely, just potting loosely.
