It is one of those neos I fawn over daily, rotating it and moving it around to 'pattern' the leaves. The reward is the beauty it presents itself.
This is what we called an 'artful' plant, meaning you need to culture it to look this way.

Ha ha. What we will do for our orchids! Looks like it is well worth it in your case.

Thanks for posting pics of your beautiful plant. I have one of these and it has become one of my favourites. I have noticed some variability in mine. This year the spikes were an apricot colour with a flush of pink highlighting the buds and parts of the stalk. I have to get rid of some of my neos because I don't have space to grow all (40+) of them in enough light ... tough choices ... but Hanagoromo is safely on the to keep list. They produce nice big flowers for a compact plant as well.

Stunning! We had speaker from New World Orchids last wk and bought my first YODONOMATSU. After I got over the shock of prices, hari-kari might be in my future if I don't succeed!

I thought I was perfectly content with just three but somehow another has just appeared among the collection. No idea how.

Holy cow, what a plant you have there. See I too rotate my plants so as to try and make them grow as I want them to. I know people say leave them there, well I don't......oops.

I move mine too. There are a couple that are not too fond of it, I move them less frequently. When you only have so much room, the plant has to help out.

I'm glad to see neo growers keep vigilance on their plants. They really love to be pampered.
Leafmite, plants multiply magically. They somehow appear without the knowledge of most orchidist's spouses!
