Specimen size Neo falcata
Here is a specimen plant owned by Glen Decker of Piping Rock Orchids. He has had the plant about 25 years.
For the past 15 years or so, it has grown on top of an empty clay pot turned upside down!
It is available, if you are willing to pay his price.

I believe I've seen that one live and in person - at the 2013 SEPOS show.
There's a small photo of it at that show online, displayed in a custom pot.

According to Fairorchids, this plant is growing on top of an inverted pot. Which proves Neofinetia don't really need to have all the planting media of any kind to grow into a specimen like this plant.
