Timing of fragrance Neos. Lou Sneary "Blue Bird"

Just curious about the timing of Lou Sneary Blue Bird fragrance. - what time of day is it most fragrant? When mine bloomed last year, I remember the fragrance being strongest around mid morning and fading by late afternoon. I keep logs and noted the fragrance timing last year. It is blooming again for me right now, but it has been fragrant throughout the whole day and actually seems stronger at night. When is yours fragrant?

The flowers this year are larger with much more blue in them than last year.
