In terms of growing conditions, it gets the regular neo treatments. Nothing special other than the fact that the green growths at the back of plant faces the light.
In terms of what it's worth? It's priceless to me ... But estimate to be around $5-7K I think?

Just plain gorgeous plant. Would love to have it in my collection.
How many times do you fertilize, water, mist, a week?

It looks amazing! The portion of it I like the most is one of the newer fans with the slightest stripes of green.

I've noticed that mine's new leaf, which you can see is just starting to emerge in SE's July 19 picture at the top of this thread, has already grown substantially, maybe another sixth of an inch.

Thanks all! I grow my neos with RO water, mist daily on sunny days (roots only) and water when top and bottom are dry (about 1-2 per week). In spring and summer, I rotate with fish emulsion, sea kelp and MSU every other watering. Flush once a month. In fall and winter, I spray mist only on sunny days, water when bone dry on sunny days (wet surface with mist first) and light fish emulsion once a month if any...

It is unbelievably beautiful. I think it is time for me to make that investment.

SE's photo at the top of the thread is dated July 19 (repeated below after today's photo). See how much the new leaf has grown since then. Most of that growth has happened in the 2 weeks I've had it.
NOTE: I don't keep the moss so wet as shown; today was shower day and my fans will prevent it from staying soggy.
