Great job Ginger! I love the way you customized each plant with its own pot! Do you make the actual neo pots or painted over the Japanese clay pots?

I am happy you follwed my advice on the Hanagoromo. It is a highly rewardable plant that you will enjoy for many many years to come! This is one of the most artful plant that you can 'design' on the patterns of the leaves by merely sun exposure and rotation. Your plant looks pretty robust and many growths! My Hanagoromo from FB is also from SE! So in no time our plants will look very similar!

You mentioned the Sorbiryu uses the same clear plastic sticks as mine...yes I do prefer them but as you mention they are too short at times... so what I use instead are long thin wooden skewers sticks and cut them according to needs (usually halfway for large plants).

Would love to see updated pics of your two plants soon! Hint hint ruby roots of the hanagoromo
