I've taken her in finally 8and there rest of the bunch as well).
The spike hasn't suffered so far and is still growing. You can see it already peep out from between the leaves. Why are they so slow? They really test ones patience.
First picture is from when I first discovered the spike, second picture is form today. Btw, I've noticed that the big root you see in the lower part of the picture is a bit brown, but it's still growing. Is that something I should worry about?
