An additional remedy to try is aspirin, one 325mg tablet pulverized and mixed in a liter of water (some suggest using a coffee grinder to pulverize). Spray the plant and soak the roots with it. Theoretically this kickstarts or signals the plant's own natural defenses.
If you go over to the slippertalk forum and search for aspirin you'll see a couple threads on it.

Jay, JimL turned me onto Clearys 3336F. Got it on Amazon for ~$60/qt. It's a great tool to have in your arsenal - Daconil and Phyton 27 were ineffective for me.

I already have on hand, but haven't used:
Spectracide Immunox Multi-Purpose Fungicide (Myclobutanil ) - allegedly systemic
Mancozeb Flowable Fungicide W/Zinc - non-systemic
which I bought intending to spray in rotation on my Vandas that may have some Guignardia spotting on the leaves (I just have to find somewhere I can spray without destroying my lungs in the process).

Hi,
I got the "generic" for Cleary's on a recommendation on this board. I got it here:
Thiomyl Systemic Fungicide
Smaller size and price tag
edited to add: when I ordered it, the order was shipped the same day which really helps when you have an ailing 'chid

Did the generic version work for you?
---------- Post added at 10:11 AM ---------- Previous post was at 10:09 AM ----------
Update: the ailing plant in question soaked in clearys for roughly 6 hours last night. It is now in my solar, nowhere near another orchid.
Two fans fell off of it-- or maybe they were always detached, I'm unsure. These fans are flawless-- not a single blemish or issue. I placed them in a small cup just to hold on to it and place it away from the other orchids as well but not with the sick mother plant. It soaked for hours, too.
If this doesn't fix it, I'm not sure anything will... now I'll apply time. I hate waiting.

This plant has undergone a second treatment today. It is outside of my grow space and dries out very fast. Our humidity is quite low this week (Joy, can I get an amen?!). I water the roots several times a day as I see the plant to prevent root loss from total desiccation, which is a real possibility since it's been growing in a humid and tropical paradise.
The small clump that seems to have freed itself from the main plant has also been treated. It shows no signs of rot and is still in the grow space but out of contact with the others (physically and it doesn't share tools, water etc). I'm hopeful this small clump will be just fine but then again I'm also hopeful the mother plant will pull through.
BTW, Dr Glenn reports the same diagnosis AND he mentioned that in japan that when a tiger stripe has no green at all, grows simply remove it! *gasp*
